The TITAN project successfully concluded its participation in the European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF 2025) last week in Copenhagen, positioning its secure computing solutions at the forefront of the European data agenda.
The Forum, which gathered industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers under the theme Empowering Europe’s Future with AI and Data, was an important platform for showcasing TITAN’s work within the EOSC ecosystem.
The cornerstone of the project’s presence was the dedicated session delivered on 13 November by partner, the Technological Institute of Aragon (ITA). The presentation, titled: TITAN Project: A window into the EOSC open science platform, demonstrated the project’s architecture for secure confidential data sharing.
The session directly addressed the Forum’s priority areas, particularly security, interoperability, and the developing European Data Spaces, by providing a blueprint for how confidential data can be ethically utilised for research.
Presence and Impact
Throughout the three days, the project was visibly represented by its partners. F6S hosted a dedicated booth, which served as a central hub for attendees to engage directly with the team, leading to valuable discussions and the exchange of knowledge about the practical challenges of secure data utilisation. The project’s attendance reinforced the message that TITAN is not just building technical components, but is actively solving the major trust hurdles facing AI and data adoption in Europe. The dialogue held at the Forum will help ensure TITAN’s secure solutions achieve long-term adoption by industry and the wider research community.
